Apple Cider Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ridiculously delicious and 100% paleo. This recipe will turn anyone into a brussels
sprouts loving human!
Ingredients

1 lb brussels sprouts
-
6 slices of bacon
-
½ cup SideDish Apple Cider Vinaigrette
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
Chili flakes (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.
Wash and trim brussels sprouts & slice each one in half lengthwise.
Place brussels sprouts cut side down on the prepped baking sheet, spray with more oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tops and bottoms are crispy.
Meanwhile, cook your bacon until crispy, drain extra grease and finely dice.
Transfer roasted brussels sprouts to a serving dish, add bacon and drizzle generously with SideDish Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
Optional: Sprinkle with chili flakes for an extra kick and enjoy!
