I’m a mom of two girls, a wife, and the recipe developer + cookbook author behind The Defined Dish. I created SideDish because I couldn't find sauces and dressings that not only had a great taste but also had ingredients I felt good about sharing with my family.
Our sauces and dressings are 100% avocado oil-based and made without seed oils, refined sugar, gluten, or dairy. The bold, delicious flavors will make you forget that they're actually healthy!
SideDish is more than just a salad dressing. It's your go-to kitchen companion for adding instant flavor to stir-fries, sandwiches, salads, tacos, roasted veggies, and so much more. Here's hoping that SideDish makes your meals easier, healthier, and more delicious every day!

We’re committed to only using healthy, wholesome, and high-quality ingredients — without compromising on taste. If it doesn't meet those requirements, we won't let it anywhere near our test kitchen.
We ship UPS SurePost and UPS Ground from Denver, CO. Orders process by the next business day and take 3-7 days to reach the destination depending on the zone you’re in and which service you're using.
The dressings only need to be refrigerated after opening! The expiration date on the bottle will tell you how long it lasts before opening. Make sure your fridge temp isn't too cold so the product doesn't freeze!

Yes! We don't use unnatural emulsifiers, and separation is natural. Please shake before using!
Both the Chipotle Ranch and Creamy Sesame are Whole30 Approved as they contain no dairy, gluten, grain, refined sugar or soy. Honey Dijon is not Whole30 as we use honey in this product, but it’s still made with wholesome ingredients you’d find in your pantry!
Most of the SideDish dressings naturally thicken when refrigerated. We recommend removing them from the fridge for 5-10 minutes and shaking vigorously before using for best results!
