Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsedÂ
- 1 cup canned black eyed peas, drained and rinsedÂ
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, quarteredÂ
- 1 red pepper, dicedÂ
- 1 fresh jalapeno, deseeded and dicedÂ
- ½ cup red onion, dicedÂ
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen cornÂ
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher saltÂ
- 2/3 cup SideDish SouthwestÂ
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Corn Chips or Grain-Free Tortilla Chips
For Serving:
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to fully combine.
Serve with corn chips or grain-free tortilla chips.
