Prep Time

Ingredients
- 2 lavash flatbreads (sub gluten-free wraps)
- 2 tablespoons SideDish Creamy Sesame , plus more for serving
- 1 cup micro super green mix (sub spring green mix, roughly chopped)
- ½ cup matchstick carrots
- 1 small red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 mini cucumbers, cut into thin matchsticks
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup cooked, shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
Method
Place a lavash wrap on a cutting board. Typically, a lavash wrap is best made when portioned out into 3 sections. On the furthest half of the wrap, spread 1 tablespoon of the SideDish Creamy Sesame dressing. Sprinkle ½ cup of the microgreens over the sauce.
- In the middle portion of the wrap, fill with the matchstick carrots, bell pepper, onion, and cucumber. Top with the basil, mint, and cilantro.
- On the last portion, add the rotisserie chicken. Roll lengthwise, starting the first fold (with the Creamy Sesame). Roll tightly to keep all the ingredients in place. Serve with additional SideDish Creamy Sesame if desired.
