Crispy Pizza Wrap with Miso Caesar Salad

Ingredients

1 flour tortilla
-
2 tablespoons marinara
-
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
-
4-6 slices hot soppressata (or pepperoni)
-
1 cup thinly sliced romaine lettuce
-
2 tablespoons SideDish Miso Caesar

Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Preheat your broiler. Place the flour tortilla on a baking sheet. Spread the marinara over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on top, then layer on the soppressata or pepperoni.
Broil the tortilla for 1–2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden and crisp. Watch closely—it goes fast!
While the tortilla is under the broiler, toss the romaine with the Miso Caesar dressing and a few grinds of black pepper.
Once the tortilla is out of the oven, let it cool for a few seconds. Pile the dressed romaine on top, roll it up like a burrito or wrap, and dig in!
