Ingredients
For the Meat:
-
1lb ground lamb
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ tsp ground cumin
-
½ tsp ground coriander
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Toppings:
-
1 bag Original MASA chips
-
4 tbsp hummus
-
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
-
½ cup cucumber, diced
-
½ red onion, finely sliced
-
½ cup kalamata olives, halved
-
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
-

Method
Cook the Meat:
Start by adding oil to a heated skillet. Add in ground lamb and brown for 3-5 minutes.
Mix in a blend of seasonings listed above. Make sure everything is coated well and allow this to continue cooking until fully browned.
Assemble and Serve:
To a baking sheet, add an entire bag of MASA chips. Start to layer the chips with spoonfuls of hummus and the cooked ground lamb.
Top meat mixture with cucmbers, olives, tomatoes, red onion and feta.
Finish it off with a generous drizzle of SideDish Greek Vinaigrette! Enjoy!
