Ingredients
-
1 Bottle SideDish Honey Dijon
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leavesÂ
- 2 teaspoon fresh thyme leavesÂ
- 1 bone-in spiraled ham (6 to 8 pounds)Â
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the entire bottle of SideDish Honey Dijon with the rosemary and thyme. Set aside.
Place your ham on its side in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Using your hands, gently separate the slices of ham. Brush ¼ cup of the Honey Dijon mixture over the ham, ensuring it gets between the layers. Flip the ham so it is cut-side down and coat the rest with another ¼ cup of the Honey Dijon mixture. Set aside the remaining ½ cup of the Honey Dijon mixture. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Carefully remove from oven and increase heat to 400°F. Remove the foil and turn ham onto its side. Brush the remaining ½ cup of the Honey Dijon mixture onto the ham. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake until the ham begins to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
