Ingredients
-
1 baguette, thinly sliced on the diagonal
-
Olive oil (for brushing)
-
One [8-oz] container of mascarpone cheese
-
One jar of fig jam (I like Divina brand)
- 8 oz thinly sliced prosciuttoÂ
- SideDish Honey DijonÂ
-
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Method
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the baguette slices to the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil. Bake until the edges are golden brown in color and just crisped, about 10 minutes.
Once cool enough to handle, top each toast with a swipe of mascarpone cheese followed by a swipe of fig jam. Then, top with a small piece of prosciutto and a dollop of SideDish Honey Dijon. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Transfer to a large platter and serve.
