Honey Dijon Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes (regular or Japanese)

1 small head of broccoli
-
½ head of cauliflower
-
1 lb Italian chicken sausage

2 tbsp avocado oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
-
½ cup SideDish Honey Dijon dressing
Method
Preheat oven to 400.
Peel and dice sweet potatoes.
Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower.
Slice sausage.
Add parchment paper to a large baking sheet.
Add potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and sausage to baking sheet.
Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove and flip.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes (keep an eye on the broccoli to ensure it doesn’t burn).
Remove from the oven. Drizzle with Side Dish Honey Dijon dressing and toss well.
Serve and enjoy!
