It’s apple season! Here’s a delicious EASY way to add those juicy apples to your day. The flavours are delicious and filling. Great for quick lunches or on the go snacking.
Ingredients

1 large tortilla wrap

1 apple sliced
-
5 pieces of turkey
-
5 pieces of cheddar cheese
-
2-3 tbsp SideDish Honey Dijon dressing
Method
Option 1: perfect to pack for school lunches or snacks on the go!
Spread SideDish Honey Dijon dressing on a large tortilla
To the centre: add turkey, cheese and sliced apple.
Roll up & cut into little pinwheels.
Store in a sealed storage container with extra apple and cucumber.
Option 2: Perfect for a quick weekday lunch!
Make a cut on your tortilla down the middle starting in the centre.
Add sliced turkey to one quadrant.
Add Side Dish Honey Dijon to another quadrant.
Add cheddar cheese followed by sliced apple.
Grab the left-hand bottom corner and fold up.
Continue to fold clockwise.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado oil.
Add folded tortilla and cook 3 minutes per side until crispy and cheese has melted.
Cut in half and serve with extra SideDish Honey Dijon dressing.
