Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon SideDish Miso Caesar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powderÂ
- ½ teaspoon black pepperÂ
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakesÂ
- 1/3 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbsÂ
- 2 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
- ¼ cup finely grated parmesanÂ
- Avocado oil, for cooking

2 cups roughly chopped romaine lettuce
- SideDish Miso Caesar
- 4 gluten-free hamburger bunsÂ
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese

Method
Make the Chicken Burger Patties:
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chicken patties (except for the avocado oil) until well combined. Shape into 4-equal sized patties.
- Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the patties and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Set aside.
Assemble the Burgers:
In a medium bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the SideDish Miso Caesar until it is well coated.
To build the burgers, place the burger patty on a bun and top with romaine lettuce, freshly cracked black pepper, the shaved parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of SideDish Miso Caesar.
