Ingredients
For the Pasta:
-
1 container of fettuccine pasta noodles
-
½ cup SideDish Miso Caesar
-
½ cup reserved pasta water
-
black pepper, to taste
-
1 cup of baby spinach (optional)
-
â…“ cup parmesan cheese
For the Chicken:
-
2-3 thinly sliced chicken breasts
-
3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-
1 tbsp paprika
-
½ tbsp salt
-
½ tbsp garlic powder
-
½ tbsp pepper
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the marinated chicken (olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika) in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook through to a internal temp of 165°F. Let it rest for a minute, then slice or chop into bite-sized pieces.
While the chicken cooks, add spinach to a heated skillet with some olive oil. Once that has cooked down, add 1/2 cup SideDish Miso Caesar dressing and reserved pasta water to the skillet. Season with lots of pepper and whisk until it becomes slightly thickened.
Stir in grated parmesan cheese until all is melted and add in cooked pasta. Allow the pasta to become completely coated before taking it off the heat.
Add the cooked chicken to the pasta. Sprinkle on extra parmesan cheese and Miso Caesar if desired. Enjoy!
