Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

meat from 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 Bottle of SideDish Miso Caesar
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups cabbage slaw mix roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted almonds

1/2 cup chopped green onions

Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving
Method
Add your chicken and about 1/2 your bottle of SideDish Miso Caesar to a medium-sized bowl and toss until the dressing evenly coats the chicken. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Add the slaw mix, carrots, almonds, and green onions to the chicken mixture. Add additional SideDish Miso Caesar until the mixture is coated with dressing to your liking.
Serve in romaine lettuce leaves and enjoy!
