Sausage Egg McMuffin with Chipotle Ranch

Ingredients

¼ cup bulk sausage, formed into two large patties (they will shrink)
- 2 English muffinsÂ
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- SideDish Chipotle Ranch
Method
In a non-stick skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Reduce heat beneath the skillet to medium-low. Place an egg ring in the pan then add half of your whisked egg. Cook until set, about 2 minutes, then remove the ring mold and flip until cooked through. Remove from heat and repeat with remaining egg.
- Next, add the bottom halves of the English muffin to the skillet, then slice of cheese, sausage, egg, then top of English muffins. Cover and cook until the muffins have warmed and the cheese has started to melt.
Remove from heat, add SideDish Chipotle Ranch and serve.
